Yanolja Cloud, a leading cloud-based travel technology provider, signed a collaboration agreement with CMH Solutions, one of the top hospitality companies in Turkey. Following their alliance’s establishment, the two companies plan to spearhead the digitalization of Turkey’s travel sector.
CMH Solutions is a CM Solution Venture Group affiliate, tackling its hospitality and leisure operations. Since launching in 1986, CMH Solutions has been operating top-rated resort and hotel facilities throughout Turkey and the Middle East.
The company also offers a highly efficient one-stop platform covering every hotel operational facet based on its extensive business know-how. Some of these aspects include construction, consulting, and amenities and fixture purchasing.
Digitalizing Turkey’s Hospitality and Leisure Market
Furthermore, Yanolja Cloud handpicked CMH Solutions as its partner for the latter’s Turkish market dominance. Thanks to its partnership with CMH Solutions, Yanolja Cloud could establish a solid entry into Turkey’s hospitality industry.
The Yanolja unit also sees the move as highly advantageous since Turkey is globally renowned for its rich tourist attractions. Under the strategic partnership, the two companies would merge their technological expertise and business capabilities to introduce innovative hospitality solutions.
Yanolja Cloud also plans to accelerate the Turkish hospitality and leisure sector’s digital transformation. To this end, the company would initially deploy its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions across hotels in Turkey.
Establishing a Smart Hotel Ecosystem
Yanolja Cloud would also utilize CMH Solutions’ expansive domestic business network as part of the SaaS solutions implementation. Moreover, the company’s competitive edge lies in its affordable pricing and tech scalability, taking up budget and luxury accommodations simultaneously.
Yanolja Cloud would also launch a new smart hotel brand with CMH Solutions. Accordingly, Yanolja Cloud plans to integrate its cloud technology innovations with CMH Solutions’ hotel management operational experience.
In particular, the two companies would introduce cloud solutions to hardware and offline service-focused traditional hotels. As a result, this move would establish a cloud environment that supports real-time data connectivity.
In addition to delivering cutting-edge solutions, the cloud technology application would significantly enhance customer experience and hotel operations. The two companies’ initiatives would also establish a smart hotel ecosystem in Turkey.
Advancing the Global Travel Industry’s Digitalization
“We believe that through our partnership with CMH Solutions, we will be able to ignite a new paradigm shift for hotels in the Turkish travel market,” said Yanolja Cloud Global Hotel Solutions Head Andrew Kim.
Meanwhile, the CMH Solutions CEO expects the partnership to help Turkish hotels recuperate for the automation and technology-based post-pandemic era. Yanolja Cloud also stated that it aims to lead the global hospitality industry’s digitalization with its advanced technologies and strategic partnerships.
For instance, Yanolja Cloud teamed up with VNTravel to apply its SaaS solutions to the Vietnamese travel and hospitality industry. The company also plans to actively collaborate with more travel brands, offering its reasonably priced business-to-business solutions.
