XELF, an HTML 5-based content-creating tool platform introduced by GLOBIS INFOTECH, participated in the Edutech Asia 2019 exhibition held in Singapore from October 5th to October 6th. Edutech Asia is the largest educational technology exhibition in Asia held at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

HTML 5 technology attracted attention as a replacement technology following Adobe’s announcement that it will stop updating, distributing, and supporting the Flash Player at the end of 2020. GLOBIS INFOTECH, Inc., located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, developed and released the HTML5-based contents authoring platform XELF.

XELF is a content-creating tool platform that allows object-moving animations and two way-interactions. It will enable anyone to design and produce content without coding as an HTML5-based cloud service. The tool also benefits from not requiring any additional installations to allow users to view materials on browsers.

The content authoring platform enables anyone to design and produce content without coding as an HTML5-based cloud service. It provides an integrated management environment with more than 20,000 content from presentations, webtoons, various graphic sources to education materials, digital advertisements, and card news are registered and shared among consumers

Various E-learning companies already expressed great interest in GLOBIS INFOTECH Inc.’s XELF platform. The companies see the great potential of utilizing the content-creating platform for their content production and distribution. The tool can create e-learning tools with multimedia presentations, problem-solving features, and even casual games.

CEO of GLOBIS INFOTECH, Inc, Ahn Tae-Hwan, talked about participating in the Edutech Asia 2019 exhibition, stating, “Edutech Asia 2019 is the regular start of entering the global market. In the situation of contents market preoccupied with large OTT platforms, XELF has a competitive edge with interactive HTML 5 games, education, and children’s contents. On the other hand, existing contents are one-way video.” He added that the XELF is expected to make a new break-through in the contents market.
